- Cocktail Hour: 5:00–5:45 PM
- Dinner Begins: 5:45 PM
We recommend arriving between 4:45 and 5:00 PM to allow time for parking and registration.

- Event space is located on the first floor

- Candid photos will be taken during the award presentation
- Formal photos will take place after the event, around 8:15 PM
- Each project team may determine which representatives remain for formal photos

- Cash bar available for liquor or additional drinks

- Printed name badges will be provided at registration
- Assigned table numbers will indicate seating
